Welcome to Shahid Rajeev Pandey Government College Bhatagaon, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

 

 

Shahid Rajeev Pandey Government College, Bhatagaon, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, was established in the year 2018. Earlier, the institution was known as Government Naveen College, Bhatagaon, Raipur. Later, the Department of Higher Education, Government of Chhattisgarh, renamed it as Shahid Rajeev Pandey Government College, Bhatagaon, Raipur on 6th October 2018, in honor of the eminent freedom fighter of Chhattisgarh, Shahid Rajeev Pandey, a Second Lieutenant in the 8 Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry, who was posthumously awarded the Veer Chakra.

The college is located in the heart of Raipur city and is affiliated with Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur (C.G.). It is also recognized under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act. At present, the college offers undergraduate programs in B.Com., B.Sc. (Biology), and B.A., following the NEP 2020 under the semester system.

The institution is committed to providing a comprehensive, dynamic, and challenging educational environment, aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

The aim of the institute is to develop responsible and courteous individuals, rooted in Indian traditions and enriched by the Indian Knowledge System (IKS).
